FAQ - Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)

Do you allow Adult Content?

Pc-Works Interactive does allow "adult content" on its servers, but all content must be considered "legal" according to the rules, laws and regulations of the United States, and the states of California, Florida, New York, and Texas. Please note that Pc-Works Interactive does not allow unlimited bandwidth and sites exceeding their bandwidth allotments will be charged accordingly.

Do you allow Spam?

Spam is considered to be any unsolicited email advertising. Pc-Works Interactive has a Zero Tolerance Policy toward spam, which means simply that any Pc-Works Interactive client who sends out unsolicited commercial email will have their account here terminated per our service agreement.

Do you allow WAREZ sites?

Pc-Works Interactive does not allow WAREZ sites on its servers. Any accounts storing WAREZ will be closed immediately as it will be in violation of Pc-Works Interactive's Acceptable Usage Policies (AUP).
